Deliver nursing care according to the standards ofcare defined within the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of ClinicalPractice. Collect patient health data during admission process andthroughout the patient s stay. Determine the priority of data collection basedon the patient s immediate condition or needs. Analyze the assessment data in determiningdiagnoses/patient problems. Derive diagnoses/patient problems from theassessment data. Identify expected outcomes individualized to thepatient. Derive outcomes from the diagnoses/patient problems. Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions toattain expected outcomes. Implement the interventions identified in the plan ofcare. Evaluate the patient s progress toward attainment ofoutcomes. Formulate a discharge plan.Assess patient/family learning needs and facilitate theeducation process.Maintain established hospital and departmentalpolicies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality improvementprogram, compliance, safety, infection control, and environmental standards.Meet annual competency and retraining requirements.Attend meetings as required.Perform otherfunctions/duties as requested.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferredLicensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required Current American Heart Association BLS certification required Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
